Celebration's goooood medicine! The best there iz in fact. So to encourage & support my fellow Ambassadors of Magnificence in the mastery of this oh so vital skill, I thought I'd share some of my recipes for instant Celebration along with a few wise words from others on the subject:
(All 100% organic & non-fattening, I promise ;~)
- Take one kaleidoscope, add sunlight (either full on outdoors or cracked window variety). Devour with eyes till you can't resist giggling out loud!
- Mix 1 part fiery drumbeats (I recommend Afro-Cuban) w/at least 2 parts naked feet (more feet iz even better, & yes, paws count). Let marinate until tingly. Then add hips, arms & sprinkle w/generous amts of hand clapping & "aaahhh yeahs!"

Choose to be divine, choose to be more and more a celebrant, choose to be festive, so more and more flowers can blossom in your being, and more and more fragrance can become available to you. Whenever you have the opportunity to laugh, join; whenever you have an opportunity to dance, join; whenever you have an opportunity to sing, sing -- and one day you will find you have created your paradise.
~Osho
- Pick up your left hand to eye level, palm facing inward. Smile & curl fingers inward one by one untill you've made a fist. Straighten arm, pumping fist into the air! Follow with your right hand & add several hearty WhooooHooooo's!
- Laugh. Start by smiling.Then open your mouth. Now keep it that way until you hear funny sounds coming out!
Tell it like it is if you like it like it is. But if you don't like it like it is, then don't tell it like it is -- tell it like you want it to be. If you tell it like you want it to be, long enough, you will begin to feel it like you want it to be, and when you feel it like you want it to be, it be's like you want it to be.
~Abraham-Hicks
- Go outside and climb, kiss &/or hug a tree. . .Then wait, with an open heart for the tree to return the favor!
- Call or visit a friend it's been too long since you've spent time with. Make up new Celebration recipes together! (I suggest showering each other with Magnificence, that always gets a party started!)

Be content with what you have;
rejoice in the way things are.
When you realize there is nothing lacking,
the whole world belongs to you.
~fr. the Tao Te Ching
